Get Away in Style
We are delighted to be working with Beau & Bell on our stunning site situated in the West Sussex Countryside of Balcombe.

With just 10 bell tents and 1 tepee our site is small and peaceful. We are fortunate enough to be surrounded by plenty of National Trust Gardens, Pubs, a Water Sport's Center and much more.

All Beau & Bell tents have fully made up beds, soft matting and furnishing making for a restful stay within the Countryside.

Off Peak (up until 21st July):

£110 / Night - when stay includes a Saturday night (i.e. Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday

Extra beds can be accommodated for an additional £25 / night per person, up to a maximum of 6 guests in a tent (subject to availability)

Our Booking Policy
We require a minimum 2 night stay

Linen, pillows, duvets are provided. Please note campers will need to bring their own towels and tea towels.
All bell tents have 4 beds (1 double/2 singles) for 4 people. Extra beds are charged at £25 per night.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. They must be kept on a lead near livestock and dog mess cleared up.

A deposit is taken in case of damage to furnishings
